Broad academic and professional background, excellent IT and language skills, extensive travel experience and experience of living and working abroad. Professional experience in social and behavioural science, research, data handling, project management, reports, evaluation, fundraising, budget, international and cross-cultural relations, fieldwork in ODA-countries, consultancy, communication, pedagogical work, teaching, administration, logistics, HR processes, translation, entrepreneurship, humanities, natural sciences. Structured, creative, independent and ambitious with good leadership and teamwork qualities. Flexible, innovative, positive and considerate with good analytical skill and strong feeling of responsibility.
